Marketer - analyst in Attika

Our expectations:

• understanding of business processes from formation retail prices;
• knowledge and ability to form, select, and launch promotional events for the sale of goods;
• preferably logical experience in wholesale and retail trade companies from 2 years;
• knowledge of the basics of financial analysis;
• ability to analyze and work with a large amount of information;
• developed logical/analytical thinking;
• responsibility, punctuality, systematicity;
• good organizational skills;
• possession of 1 C,Excel (Advanced level), MS Office, Power BI;
• higher education (marketing or economics).

Responsibilities:

• consolidation of supplier information for promotional offers, output of analytical commercial forecast (work in Excel);
• informing related departments about approved promotions (purchasing department, operations department, content manager);
• monitoring purchases of promotional products (terms, quantity, incoming prices, availability) documentation);
• determining the required volume of pre-ordering of goods for the planned promotion;
• ensuring timely preparation, approval and printing of advertising posters;
• analytics of the effectiveness of promotions and decision-making on optimization of balances after their completion;
• communication with suppliers to resolve all issues related to promotional products;
• performance calculations promotional events (interim, final), results (work in Excel);
• control of production deadlines and compliance of advertising products;
• assisting the commercial director at meetings, committees, etc.;
• keeping minutes of meetings, committees;
• compiling reports (at the request of the commercial director).
