We create products and services for streaming multimedia based on OTT technologies. We are currently looking for a Marketer to join our team. Our ideal candidate: Wants to participate in startup processes of new products and entering new markets; With an understanding of how to build a comprehensive approach to promotions, analyze results and optimize advertising campaigns; Has: 2 years of experience in the field of marketing and advertising; Experience of working with SMM, targeting, PPC and email marketing; Knowledge of English (intermediate+); Complete higher education (marketing, sociology, economics will be an advantage). Will be an advantage: Experience in launching new products/entering new markets; Experience in the field of education/knowledge of modern educational trends and understanding of the market; Experience with the gamedev industry; Experience working in agencies. What you need to do: Development of an advertising strategy for various communication channels (external/internal promo) for the development of existing products and for bringing new ones to the market; Work with the promotion of partner content; Participate in the processes of creating promo materials (together with designers, motion designers and copywriters); Analysis and segmentation of CA; Build and optimize funnels; Participate in the development of retention strategy; Participate in the launch and optimization of RK; Creation of analytical reports on marketing campaigns; Market analysis and dense cooperation with the product team; Optimization of marketing processes.
