Key tasks:

• Participation in the development of the bank's social media strategy on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok. Creation and implementation of strategies for the development of the bank in social media. Definition of the target audience and analysis of its needs.
• Scheduling and publishing content. Development of a content plan, including text, visual and video content. Publication of posts, news, stories, videos and other materials on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitoring and analytics. Tracking the effectiveness of publications and campaigns using analytical tools. Analysis of engagement, reach and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Providing reports and recommendations on content and strategy optimization.
• Planning and launching paid advertising campaigns in social media. Tracking the budget and effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Cooperation with marketing, PR and other departments of the bank to coordinate and support the overall brand strategy. Working with designers, copywriters, production studios to create quality content.
• Tracking new trends in social media and implementing them into the bank's strategy.

This position requires:

• Higher education
• The ability to shoot and edit videos.
Working skills in programs and photo and video editors (Photoshop, Videoleap, VN, Canva, Promovie, etc.).
• Experience in SMM from 1 year.
• Experience in similar positions in banking, finance or in large companies will be an advantage.
