Marketer in FLAGMAN

Flagman is looking for a talented Marketer to join our team. We are the largest chain of fishing supermarkets in Eastern Europe and offer a wide range of products for modern fishing and an active lifestyle. Requirements: Experience in the field of marketing for at least 2 years; Deep understanding of the target audience and its needs; Ability to analyze the market and competitors; High creativity and ability to generate ideas for marketing campaigns; Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies; High level of communication skills; Ability to work in a team to tackle projects; Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's goods and services; Market analysis of competitors, study of needs the target audience; Development and implementation of advertising campaigns, including web marketing, social media, PR and other communication channels; Planning, organization and implementation of promotional campaigns and sales; Interaction with advertising agencies and service providers; Monitoring and analysis of the results of marketing campaigns, making appropriate adjustments.
