Work with the client database. .Planning of marketing actions: drawing up schedules and managing promotion channels (sms, email-marketing). Constant increase of LTV of the client. reporting of work with each influencer and analysis of cooperation with him. Search for new sources of customer engagement. Reporting and analytics, tracking performance indicators (weekly and monthly). Conducting analytics of the department's efficiency, namely indicators of return on funds spent in each direction. Development of annual and monthly budgets. Development of a brand promotion plan. Conducting competitive analysis and market monitoring to identify new opportunities. Basic requirements: Work experience in the position of marketer / head of department from 3- x years. The ability to find a common language with the managers of all divisions of the company. Analytical mindset and the ability to work with a large amount of information and numbers. Experience in working with ppc, email, push, sms, viber, messengers, etc. Higher education. Confident PC user. Competent language (oral/written ), knowledge of business etiquette. Responsibility, focus on results, decency.
