W8Shipping is an American company with its own logistical infrastructure, warehouses, offices, and team in the USA.

You're our candidate if you:
- Have at least 3 years of marketing experience.
- Understand the intricacies of the Polish consumer market.
- Have a high understanding of digital analytics and promotion.
- Have knowledge of marketing research principles, organization, and promotion.
- Have experience launching promotions, promo campaigns, incentive systems, and loyalty programs.
- Can handle copywriting, rewriting, content generation, and management.
- Polish language proficiency is a must!
 

Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development of marketing strategies and the introduction of new products to the market.
- Market analysis, competitor analysis, target audience research, marketing research.
- Implementation of strategic and operational marketing plans.
- Participation in the development and implementation of Digital strategy, website curation and development, Google Ads advertising, SMM marketing, email marketing.
- Content marketing: generation, management, ensuring operational communication channels, development of a unified storage system.
- Working with agencies, photographers, copywriters, designers in launching projects and events.
- Preparation of technical specifications, support, quality control, and expected result monitoring.
- Development, ordering, and delivery of necessary POS/POP materials in regions.
