Marketer in UnionFlame/Lucky Soft

In connection with the expansion of activities, the educational project is looking for a marketer. This role will require direct involvement in the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining customers.

If you:

- You have 2 years of experience as a marketer. Experience in working with services will be an advantage;

- You know how to develop and implement marketing strategies for the promotion of services (you have proven cases);

- You know how to manage a team of contractors, prepare test tasks and monitor the quality of the work performed;

- You know how to analyze and segment the target audience;

- You understand the analysis of funnel efficiency indicators at each stage (LTV, Revenue, CR);

p>- Planned and implemented advertising campaigns;

- Know how to manage the company's marketing budget;

- Conducted analysis of competitors, their funnel and key indicators;

- You understand the principles of targeted advertising, SEO optimization and Google advertising;

- You understand the features of the Instagram, YouTube platforms;

- You have experience with end-to-end analytics;

- You know how to allocate your time when working remotely;

Main tasks:

Reducing the price of attracting targeted leads, managing work of contractors, creation of marketing strategies and end-to-end analytics.
