You can learn more about us and our products here: https:/ /mangalzavod.com.ua/Responsibilities: Continuous study, monitoring and analysis of the sales market of our product group/collection of information and analysis of our competitors (advertising companies, new products, conditions for customers, etc.); Implementation of marketing plans/strategies covering all our online trading platforms (insta, fb, company website, prom, etc.) to raise brand awareness and increase sales. Development and launch of promotions/advertisements/holiday discounts/launch of novelties, etc. for key customers and adapted to different sales channels (chains, retail, dealers, etc.). Correct and effective use of the marketing budget. Analysis of the effectiveness of conducted marketing events and advertising; Task setting/support and control of the results of the work of the content manager, SMM manager and involved specialized specialists; Monitoring of specialized events, collaborations, exhibitions and further organization of the company's participation in them. TK and control of the development and implementation of the necessary pos — materials according to agreed marketing plans/strategies. It is important for us that you have: 2 years of work experience in marketing; Willingness to effectively adapt to changes in the modern business environment, quickly respond to new trends and technologies; Knowledge of digital marketing tools; A high level of motivation to achieve results, a desire for personal and professional development, as well as the ability and desire to organize one's own work and that of other people in the team.
