What you will do: develop and implement advertising and informational materials taking into account the needs of customers and the strategic goals of the company; analyze the market and develop strategies for assortment and pricing policy to maximize revenues and competitive advantages; organize the company's participation in exhibitions in order to increase brand awareness and attract new customers; conduct sales analysis and develop strategies to stimulate sales in order to achieve the set goals. It is important for us that you: have more than 2 years of experience in marketing, especially in the B2B sphere, with a focus on the areas of drinks, snacks, candles and perfumes; quickly adapt to changes in the business environment and respond in time to new trends and technologies. possessed digital marketing tools and programs such as Excel, Google Forms, Trello/Asana; had a high level of motivation to achieve results, a desire for personal and professional growth, as well as effective teamwork skills.
