Requirements: high level of organizational skills; experience in organizing and conducting events (conferences, presentations, business meetings) will be an advantage; the ability to work on several tasks at the same time; organized and independent; confident computer skills: mail, google documents / spreadsheets, Microsoft Office. the desire to develop and the ability to work in a team; structuredness and clarity in work; the ability to negotiate and negotiate; experience in marketing/advertising/PR; understanding of basic marketing concepts/processes, in particular "lead", "conversion", "sales funnel" and, of course, stress resistance (smiley) Your duties will include: Development and management of marketing and advertising strategies, work with social networks (Facebook, Instagram), Google advertising, electronic media; organization of large and small events; communication with by speakers; calendar planning of events; monitoring of major events taking place in the city, arrangements for participation; preparation of presentations; generation of ideas for events: format and development of the concept, logistics, etc.; analysis of the effectiveness of the events held, increasing efficiency; work in the CRM system.
