Million flowers is a chain of flower shops with delivery. We have been working for the fifth year in different cities of Ukraine: Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and Chernivtsi. We specialize in creating original bouquets, baskets of flowers and compositions from them, wedding bouquets and boutonnieres, selling indoor plants and vases, packaging gifts. In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Marketer to join the team. Requirements: work experience in a similar position from 2 years; higher, preferably specialized education (marketing, PR, management, journalism, design) or courses in this field; knowledge of digital marketing and analytics; creative approach to solving marketing problems; ability to work in team and independently; active life position; desire to develop and achieve results. Responsibilities: development and implementation of marketing strategy; conducting marketing research and analysis of competitors; trend analysis, generation and testing of hypotheses; development of marketing materials (catalogs, booklets, banners); generation of creative ideas, formats and content headings; organization and control of marketing activities, budget planning, analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
