Working conditions: full-time employment, working days from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 (tea, coffee provided by the company). Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 - remotely). A health insurance program is provided after a trial period. Responsibilities: Participation in the development of a Digital strategy (together with the marketing team and the Marketing Director), regular monitoring of trends and competitors in the digital environment. Formation of a split of Digital brand channels based on the analysis of their effectiveness and interaction . Development of digital channels relevant to the marketing goals of the brand (Telegram, tik-tok, direct marketing, google map, ect). Launch of advertising campaigns in Google Ads (YouTube, Google Map, ect), targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram using FbAds, Management and development of SMM brand pages; formation of content policy, control of the work of the content manager, targeted advertising settings, performance analysis, correction, reporting. Brand sites: administration, Google Analytics settings, creation of landing pages for individual projects, if necessary, on the site and separately (engagement of a contractor), participation in preparation of content, management of the work of the site programming contractor (task setting, control). Preparation of regular reports, analysis of the effectiveness of the brand's digital channels. Conducting tender procedures according to the company's standards for the selection of subcontractors.
