Vacancy description We are a network of LaserVille laser hair removal salons in Ukraine and Poland. LaserVille is a new generation laser hair removal, the most effective and painless. We are currently looking for a marketer to join our team. Marketer (PPC, SMM Specialist) Tasks: Development of marketing strategies and plans, their implementation and adaptation to business requirements. Search and control of contractors for setting up and managing GoogleAds, SEO, SMM and working with bloggers. Requirements: Successful experience in a similar position from 2 years (experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage); knowledge of marketing communication tools; experience of conducting complex advertising events; creativity; responsibility; attention to details; initiative; systematicity. The marketer is responsible for: Development of marketing and creative strategies and plans Analysis CA, study of the brand, product. Analysis of competitors and their promotion tactics. Analysis of the market and market factors. Analysis of user behavior; evaluation of the impact of digital campaigns on sales. Selection of keywords and creation of ads; Implementation of targeted Google ADS advertising campaigns and targeted advertising in social networks (Meta for business). Analysis of their effectiveness and further optimization. Management of budgets; Control of compliance with media plans and other KPIs (CPA / CPC / CPM / CTR / CR / ROAS / ROMI). Formation of reports for company management. Analysis of brand promotion channels; Development of a comprehensive calendar of brand activities. Implementation of promotions and advertising campaigns. Implementation of promotion strategies in social networks, writing content plans, publications, selection and creation of photo content; Setting plans and monitoring work with bloggers and influencers Setting and monitoring tasks to improve the site and its promotion; Experience, skills, competencies :Understanding the basics of marketing, promoting brands online to increase awareness and offline salesKnowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media and content marketingKnowledge of online advertising techniques and tools, excellent AdWords skills, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager. Ability to work with analytics and web analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and strategies. High level of communication and ability to work in a team, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Creativity and ability to generate new ideas and concepts for brand promotion. Understanding the characteristics of the target audience of beauty salons and the ability to create and adapt content for it.
