Agrofirma "Pole" LLC is a national producer of food products (various types of cereals) in Cherkasy region and an exporter of such products to the countries of the European Union, America, Great Britain and Asian countries. We are currently inviting you to join our team of Marketers (Cherkasy) Requirements: Higher education in the relevant field of study (preferred); PC skills at the level of an experienced user; Work experience in a similar position from 2 years. Responsibilities: Formation of PR and brand strategy Development of marketing and promotion strategy, packaging strategy Organization of end-to-end analytics up to CRM Planning of funnels, lead plan, key site conversions Conducting A/B testing and tracking of behavioral factors Analysis of target audience, creation and description of target segments Creation of CJM — Customer Journey Map Analysis of competitors and subsequent setting of tasks for on its basis Interaction with the sales department and the organization of the department's interaction with other departments (IT, design, etc.) Setting qualified tasks for internal and external contractors Control of SRS, SRA metrics in terms of channels and contractors Management of funnels (design, creation, development and implementation of converters) We offer: Official employment, according to the Labor Code of UkraineCompetitive salary and opportunities for career growthWorking schedule from 08.00 to 17.00, Mon-FriDelivery to the place of work in CherkasyIf you are interested in our vacancy - send your resume indicating the desired salary level
