We have three clubs in good locations of Kyiv with a total area of ​​about 3000 m2. We are opening a new club in Ivano-Frankivsk. Over the entire period of our network's existence, which is 8.5 years, we have united 17,000 crossfitters - athletes, entrepreneurs, IT specialists and people who had never played sports before. We held the largest international crossfit competitions in Ukraine every year, and namely the Banda Open Games, in which international teams of judges participated, 5000+ athletes — both professionals and amateurs. Our clubs have 36 coaches who have a large number of awards. Many of them have the titles of master candidate (KMS), master (MS) and master of sports of international class (MSMK) in various sports. Main responsibilities: Develop marketing activities for club clients Plan and budget marketing activities; Carry out an evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities ;Adaptation of content for advertising campaigns;Collaboration with the team to create or adapt content;Management of marketing and advertising campaigns/events - from concept development to implementation and evaluation of effectiveness;Trade marketing - creation and control of placement of POS materials. Email marketing: forming a customer database and informing about updates, promotions, useful information. Partnerships: Setting up cooperation with other sports organizations (federations, unions, clubs), restaurants with healthy food, etc. Feedback and recommendations: Analysis and processing of feedback from customers , distributing them on the website and social media. Analysis of results: measure the effectiveness of each marketing event and adjust the strategy according to the results. Work with opinion leaders: work on a barter/or paid basis with famous local and all-Ukrainian bloggers. custom articles, etc. Organization of open classes at various sites in the city before the opening together with the event manager.
