Our target audience: B2B (direct distributors) and B2C; The work format is hybrid: you need to be in Kyiv 2-3 days a month; Work schedule Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 17:00; The rate from the first month is UAH 30,000 + bonuses after the trial period, which gives the opportunity to earn UAH 50,000; We review the salary once a year; Career growth is possible in the company; The possibility of official registration. For our part, it is important for us that you are communicative, disciplined, active, have analytical skills and mature thinking, and also: Have experience working in of digital marketing from the 1st year; Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level; Understanding of marketing tools; Understanding of how services work: Google, Google Ads, MS Office, Facebook and other tools of a digital marketer. Will be a plus: Marketing courses. Your tasks will be: Development and coordination (with the marketing team) of the content plan for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other web resources; Development of content in social networks and on the company website, follow trends and change content; Launch and control of media campaigns Interaction with the media, search for partners; Interaction with contractors (the company has a team of contractors); Management of document management — contracts, acts with contractors, payment control, reports. We expect results for the 1st month of work: adaptation in the company, write a content plan for 2 weeks; 3rd month: independently initiate media events, without a request from the manager, monitor the information space and offer your ideas; 12th month: significantly increase the quality of the company's presentation in the digital media space and improve the quality of existing digital channels -communication and media activities.
