And today we are looking for a person who will help develop our product and move forward - the Head of Marketing. What you need to do: Research the vaping market and competitors for product promotion channels and methods; Analyze market trends, study the dynamics of existing promotion channels and attract new ones ;Develop and implement promotion strategies for the company and its product;Develop tactical plans for the development of the promotion department;Develop and implement UTP at retail outlets and on the Internet;Analyze the target audience and implement promotion plans based on this;Analyze the effectiveness of competitor promotion;Analyze the effectiveness of implemented methods promotion and development of new ones; Control the quality of external and internal design of retail outlets from the point of view of promoting the company's product; Establish and monitor the performance of tasks by department employees; Develop strategies for attracting the audience and increasing brand recognition; Analyze audience engagement and individual activities to determine the best and further work with him; Write advertising texts, according to the specifics of the niche; Measure the effectiveness of running social networks and prepare reports. Basic requirements: Experience as a marketer at least: 2 years; Necessary experience in managing a team, projects at least: 1 year.
