Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of strategies for marketing activities in sales channels (Retail) Planning of current and seasonal promotions and assessment of their economic effect. Use of trade marketing tools, their analysis and impact on end consumers. Development and implementation of strategies for marketing communications with clients. Coordination launch of marketing activities between the company's divisions. Study of the market, competitors and consumer needs, monitoring. Interaction with external contractors. Analysis of the effectiveness of the activities carried out. Planning and reporting of the marketing budget. Work with the SMM direction. Basic requirements: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in a B2C company. Higher education, mainly in the field of marketing, additional training will be an advantage. Analytical mindset, creative thinking and organizational skills. Availability of successfully implemented cases. Knowledge of marketing performance metrics. Ability to work in design programs: Corel Draw, Photoshop or others, will be your advantage.
