Requirements: higher education in the field of marketing and economics experience in marketing in a retail network will be an advantage; experience in organizing and conducting marketing events; marketing planning experience; sales analysis and planning skills; knowledge of trade marketing, principles of merchandising; skills of briefing graphic designers, drawing up technical tasks for contractors; ability to work in graphic editors will be an advantage; analytical thinking, result orientation, communication skills, developed managerial competencies, leadership. Main tasks: launch and coordination of local network promotions; planning and organization of marketing activities aimed at increasing store attendance and brand recognition; development and implementation of advertising campaigns, co-branding events; participation in the management of the company's loyalty program, providing operational support for the loyalty program; participation in the development/formation of the company's assortment, promotion of new assortment groups and products; participation in the development of product packaging and display standards; provision of chain stores with trade equipment and POS materials; participation in the opening of new chain stores; development of branding standards and attributes, standards of advertising materials; performance of administrative functions, work with supplier and contractor contracts, team management.
