Flagman is looking for a talented Marketer to join our team. We are the largest chain of fishing supermarkets in Eastern Europe and offer a wide range of products for modern fishing and an active lifestyle. Requirements: Experience in marketing for at least 2 years; Deep understanding of the target audience and its needs; Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis; High creativity and ability to generate ideas for marketing campaigns; Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies; High level of communication skills; Ability to work in a team and manage projects; Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or higher. Duties: Development and implementation of marketing strategies for product promotion and of the company's services; Analysis of the market and competitors, studying the needs of the target audience; Development and implementation of advertising campaigns, including web marketing, social media, PR and other communication channels; Planning, organizing and conducting promotions and events; Interaction with advertising agencies and suppliers services; Monitoring and analysis of the results of marketing campaigns, making appropriate adjustments.
