WE INVITE an experienced marketer to join our friendly team - a goal-oriented person with an active lifestyle. Main responsibilities: Work with Google Analytics. Work with the client database. Development of bonus mechanisms and loyalty programs. Creation of complex digital strategies for the promotion of the online store, product sales and achievement of target indicators. Planning of marketing campaigns: drawing up schedules and managing promotion channels (SMS, email marketing). Constantly increasing the client's LTV. Development of joint strategies and collaborations with importers. Work with influence marketing: search and selection of bloggers for advertising integrations, communication with bloggers, compilation of TOR, reporting of work with each influencer and analysis of cooperation with him. Finding new sources of customer engagement. Reporting and analytics, performance tracking (weekly and monthly). Conducting analytics of the department's efficiency, namely indicators of the return on the funds spent in each of the directions. Development of the annual and monthly budget. Development of a brand promotion plan. Conducting competitive analysis and market monitoring to identify new opportunities. Basic requirements: 2 years of work experience as a marketer/head of department. The ability to find a common language with the heads of all divisions of the company. Experience in working with ppc, email, push, sms, viber, messengers, etc. Analytical mindset and the ability to work with a large amount of information and numbers. Higher education. Confident PC user. Competent language (oral / writing), knowledge of business etiquette. Responsibility, focus on results, decency.
