Nutritive is a rapidly growing Ukrainian company producing high-quality cosmetics. Our portfolio includes 4 independent brands: Lapush, BIONO, Manelle, Rebellion. And also contract manufacturing. We are looking for a specialist who does not accept the "it's impossible" attitude. Your future tasks: Create and implement brand strategies. Generate ideas and organize their implementation. Determine the work vectors of the entire commercial department (together with the team). Implement brand activities, create and monitor communication. To work on the image and expansion of knowledge about brands. Analyze the needs of the target audience and participate in the development of new products. Plan the launch and PR. Control the product quality (from the consumer's point of view), its compliance with the needs of the target audience, market trends and brand promises (in connection with the production department). Monitor trends and trends .Our candidate: Creative and systematic 🙂 Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in the fields of digital marketing, branding, PR or related fields. Possesses strong communication, copywriting and argumentative presentation skills. Thinks in terms of results, looks at 360 degrees, organized, proactive. He has strong analytical skills. He always asks himself the question "For what?", filters out inappropriate decisions. Remembers that every action on behalf of the brand is reflected in how it is perceived by the audience.
