Marketer in AV metal grup, TOV

We are inviting a marketer to the division of sales of related products. The direction of sales of related products (primer, plug, abrasive wheel, petal wheel, loop, gloves, hardware for rolling gates) develops every year, we actively add new product categories to comprehensively meet the needs of our customers. We implement this group through our own network of retail metal stores , which are located throughout Ukraine and now has up to 300 points. In order to increase the level of sales, we want to attract a marketer who would: analyze the target audience and, taking into account the specifics, propose a development strategy; deal with the implementation of this strategy, as well as monitor its effectiveness; always keep a finger on the pulse of product groups, analyze competitors and the request of our target audience and proposed the introduction of new product categories. To perform these tasks, we see our colleague with experience: product promotion in the B2B segment; who does not need to be stimulated to work; who listens to the wishes of the manager, but can argue his own opinion through numbers and analytics. We offer: : rate + % of gross, on average you can get UAH 25,000-45,000; a young team and a manager who always strives for development; official employment; schedule 5/2, 08:30—17:30, Sat.
