For work, you will need: work experience from the 1st year in the field of marketing - mandatory; skills in developing marketing plans; it is important to navigate the trends of social networks; understanding of modern marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.); experience in digital marketing, online promotion; have analytical skills, be able to analyze traffic and work with conversions; proactive position, ability to work in a team; motivation, desire for development, active life position. creative approach, creativity, sense of beauty, cheerfulness and positivity. What you will do: generate promotion ideas and implement them; plan, organize and evaluate the results of marketing activities; attract new sources of lead generation, analyze the cost, quantity and quality of leads; create and analyze e-mail and viber mailings; organize and monitor the work of the team (seo -specialist, target specialist, software developers, SMM specialist, copywriter, designer); organize photo shoots and video shoots; analyze the market and competitors, target audience; take part in the development of assortment and price policy, development of new products; keep reports. Working conditions: Modern and a secure office in Podil (M. Taras Shevchenko). 5-day work week (Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), ready to consider a hybrid schedule or remote after successfully passing the exam period.
