Your tasks :

• Development of the company's marketing strategy in accordance with its goals and target audience.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase awareness of office space rental services.
• Have good practical knowledge in the field of digital marketing, be able to set up and control advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google and implement fresh solutions.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and implementing corrections
• Managing social networks and developing the company's online presence.
• Creating interesting and interactive content for the audience
• Monitoring and interacting with customers through social networks.
• Coverage of events and exhibitions in which our company participates.
• Creating content about the internal atmosphere of our community.
• Set, control and analyze the effectiveness of activities carried out in Internet marketing (contextual advertising, SEO, SMM, site filling): optimize lead conversions, control the content generated by the SMM manager, improve the project site, develop our the coolest app, making sure all our locations have the right and creative text and lettering and more.
• Analysis of marketing strategies of the commercial real estate market.
• Control the marketing budget. Calculate ROI in each direction.

Our requirements :

• Fluency in Ukrainian, English.
• Marketing experience
• Experience in brand management or marketing.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques.
• Creativity and high responsibility.
• Have self-presentation and communication skills, be able to enter into the essence of tasks. If you have experience working in CRM systems, this is a big plus;
• Possess skills in business correspondence and business etiquette.
• Be neat, collected, think systematically, don't whine and be able to defend your ideas.
• To be an extrovert, a lighter person, to have emotional intelligence, to be brave and adequate.
• Experience in commercial real estate is a big plus.
