Our expectations:
- Marketing and advertising: principles of strategic and operational marketing, brand management;
- Digital marketing: knowledge of the basics of targeted advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads - in connection with a PPC specialist), the ability to form a brief for creating creatives (videos, banners, texts);
- Content marketing: understanding formats, rules for writing texts, the basics of copywriting;
- PR and communications: methods of creating positive brand image and work with the media;
- Event marketing: organization of promotions, events, promotional activities;
- Analysis and analytics: principles of working with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems;
- Offline marketing: work with printing, outdoor advertising, POS materials;
- Consumer behavior: knowledge of target audiences entertainment, sports and children's services; Basic financial skills: understanding of budgeting and calculation of advertising effectiveness;
- Planning and implementation of complex marketing campaigns, working with contractors (designers, photographers, printing, advertising agencies),
- Development and control of content plans, writing advertising texts and scripts for videos;
- Preparation of technical tasks for creative creation, analytical thinking and preparation of performance reports advertising, marketing budget management;
- Management of several brands at the same time, creation and support of partner projects, documentation and reporting;
- Experience of working with task managers, artificial intelligence.
What will be included in your responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Development and implementation of annual and quarterly marketing strategy for the LEOLAND complex. Planning marketing activities for seasonality, holidays and key events. Analysis of competitors and trendsnku (entertainment, sports, children's activities, fitness services);
- Advertising campaigns and promotion: Launch and control of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube. Preparation of creative tasks for designers, photographers and videographers. Work with outdoor advertising: billboards, city lights, banners. Organization of internal advertising (posters, flyers, videos on the screens of the complex). Work with bloggers and opinion leaders;
- Content marketing. Creation of content plans for social networks of all brands of the complex. Writing advertising texts, posts, press releases. Organization and coordination of photo and video shooting of events, services, interiors, novelties. Collaborating with the SMM manager on visual and textual style.
- PR and brand image. Building a positive image of the complex and all its sub-brands. Preparation and distribution of press releases in the media. Organization and support of partnership projects and collaborations. Feedback monitoring (Google, social networks) and preparation of responses.
- Analytics and efficiency. Keeping statistics of advertising campaigns, attendance, sales. Analysis of the results of marketing activities and preparation of reports to management.

- Education - higher, specialty "Marketing";
- Additional education - desirable (SMM, photo/video shooting, branding, PR);
- Work experience - marketing, advertising, SMM, PR, PPC, SEO - 1 years;
- Communication, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to complete tasks from start to finish;
- Possession of basic photo/video shooting and editing skills using the phone;
- PC skills: MS Office, Trello, programs for creating presentations, photo stocks;
- Willingness to work on weekends if needed.
