We are an international company in the field of employment abroad (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium). Our marketing works for a specific business result - generate leads for the sales force.

We are looking for a marketer who does not just create content, but builds systematic lead generation and scales effective marketing relationships.

 Primary task

Execution daily, weekly and monthly lead plan and scaling of the most effective marketing channels.

Lead generation

• creating and developing lead sources
• working with channels:
  • Instagram (organic traffic)
  • Facebook
  • Google (organic traffic)
  • SEO
  • bulletin boards

 Content for generating applications

• creating posts, stories and viral Reels
• generating stories to get applications in Direct
• creating content that drives applications
• Ownership CapCut

Analytics

• daily analysis of lead sources
• work with marketing spreadsheet
• analysis of lead quality
• optimization of channels with the best results

We expect

• ? work experience as a marketer
• ? experience generating leads through Instagram / Facebook
• ? understanding of SEO and Google organics
• ? experience with targeted advertising
• ? ability to work with analytics and marketing metrics
• ? focus on result and execution of the plan
