Marketer in PORI ROKU

SEZON is a shoe brand with a 15-year history that has long become synonymous with style and comfort throughout Ukraine. But we are not just about "trading shoes". We're about empathy every step of the way. We are scaling and we need to raise the level of visibility in new locations, so we are currently looking for a marketer who will pump our offline stores no worse than top advertising agencies - only without ponts, but with the result. Our stores are not just points of sale. These are the mini-scenes where marketing comes alive. And we need you - a marketer who wants to see the result not in Excel, but in live people entering the store.

What you will do:

• Organize marketing promotions, raffles, local information drives - those that even grandmothers near the store are talking about;
• Coordinate the opening of new stores, create a flow of customers to newly opened locations;
• Planning and budgeting of marketing activities for offline stores;
• Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising channels and choosing the most effective for our stores;
• Create advertising layouts in Canva/Figma/Adobe and immediately see them on shop windows - without 12 rounds of approval;
• Collaborate with contractors, shopping center administrators, bloggers, local publics and promoters and monitor their work;
• Create tasks for video content - because you are your own will not be removed;
• Search, test, launch new offline advertising formats.

We are looking for someone who:

• Hasexperience in marketing from 1 year;
• Has practical experience in planning and implementing complex marketing campaigns;
• Able to see the big picture, analyze the situation and build logical, structured solutions;
• Confidently owns current marketing tools and AI solutions;
• Able to negotiate, search, implement and not disappear in the process;
• Loves live, non-pathetic work - with people, shops, real cities;
• Understands how traffic and visibility work in the local environment;
• Organization, creativity and quick reaction in DNA.
