What we expect from you:

• Experience in a marketing role from 2 years.
• Practical experience in e-commerce, preferably in the field of beauty or related industries.
• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, email marketing.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with advertising metrics.
• Experience in launching partnership initiatives and cooperation with influencers.
• Ability to effectively manage team and adjust processes.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and automation tools.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools.

What will be part of your duties:

• Development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy.
• Analysis of the market, competitors and key performance metrics.
• Planning, launch and optimization of marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, SMM).
• Management of advertising budgets, control of ROI, CPO, conversions.
• Launch and optimization of campaigns in Google Ads and Meta (incl. with remarketing and A/B tests).
• Working with a product feed in Google Merchant Center.
• Creating and segmenting audiences, working with lookalike and custom databases.
• Developing email marketing and automated chains.
• Planning push communications and partner activities.
• Interaction with designers and copywriters to create effective creatives.
