Marketer in LCF Law Group

LCF Law Group is looking for a marketer who will work with marketing tools, lead generation, analytics and process automation to promote legal services on the Ukrainian and international markets.

This is a role for a hands-on specialist who combines marketing thinking with the ability to independently launch and optimize marketing activities.

Basic tasks

Product analytics

• Analysis of the current portfolio of legal services
• Formation and updating of the product matrix of practices
• Definition and description of value propositions and competitive advantages of each service
• Segmentation of clients and definition of target niches
• Tracking of KPI practices and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects
• Marketing and lead generation (hands-on)

Working with the company website: updating pages, structure, content

• Basic SEO setup and development: keywords, meta tags, page structure, internal linking
• Optimization of expert content for search queries
• Analysis of the effectiveness of SEO content and traffic
• Marketing analytics and data

Working with Google Analytics 4: analyzing traffic, conversions and user behavior

• Setting up events, basic funnels and goals (GTM will be a plus)
• Analysis of the effectiveness of channels, marketing campaigns and leads
• Preparation of clear analytical reports based on work results

Our ideal candidate

• Has 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or lead generation
• Must have hands-on experience with marketing tools
• Has hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google services
• Understands B2B sales and the long decision-making cycle
• Able to launch, test and optimize marketing campaigns independently activity
• Possess English at C1+ level, Ukrainian is a must

Will be an advantage

• Experience with CRM, email platforms, marketing automation
• Experience in legal, consulting or service business
• Understanding international B2B marketing
