Marketer in Intertop Ukraine

INTERTOP is the largest fashion retailer in Ukraine, which unites dozens of international brands, hundreds of stores and millions of customers. We are actively developing the retail ecosystem, strengthening the digital direction and looking for a marketer who wants to work with scale, influence business results and launch solutions that really change the market.

Your key tasks:

Development and launch of marketing and Retail Media initiatives for INTERTOP partner brands

Building and developing long-term partnerships with international and local brands

Participation in the formation of marketing strategy and its implementation in retail and digital channels

Launch and testing of new tools, formats and innovative approaches in marketing

Close cooperation with cross-functional teams (designers, digital, e-commerce, CRM, retail) for continuous improvement of results

Analysis of campaign effectiveness, work with indicators and optimization of data-based solutions

Have experience in marketing, Retail Media, Trade Marketing or digital areas

Worked with brands and partners and understand how to create win-win cooperation

Able to think strategically, see the bigger picture than a single campaign

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and not afraid of responsibility for the result

Able to negotiate, argue your ideas and bring them to fruition

Functional skills:

Ability to form a strong value proposition for B2B partners, present it and work with agreements

Analytical thinking: work with numbers, reports, insights and make decisions based on them

Experience in building or scaling processes — from an idea to a system solution

English language level Intermediate and above - for communication with international partners and preparation of presentations
