Requirements:
- Experience in marketing from 1years.
- Understanding market of craft beer, distillates and alcoholic products in Ukraine or desire to learn.
- Ability to work with marketing analytics: GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM, CRM-systems.
- Experience in creating and launching advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google Search/Display, TikTok Ads).
- Skills in working with content: writing texts, setting tasks for designers, creating TK on photo/video.
- Experience in developing 360° marketing campaigns: digital, offline activations, events, promotions.
- Understanding the principles of branding, positioning and communication strategy.
- Experience in e-commerce and online store promotion.
- Basic skills in using graphic tools: Canva / Figma (preferred).
- Ability to analyze results and generate monthly marketing reports (CTR, CPC, CPL, ER, ROAS, sales, conversion).
- Functional responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of marketing strategy for Drofa Brewery and Drofa brands Distillery.
- Promotion of new beers and the line of distillates "Drofa and People".
- Development of online sales: promotion of the drofabeer.com website and mobile application.
- Creation of content plans for social networks, SMM control, writing texts.
- Organization of shootings: products, brand stores, events, seasonal campaigns.
- Launch of targeted advertising or provision of TK to contractors.
- Formation and control of the marketing budget.
- Analysis of competitors and the craft beverage market.
- Preparation of presentations, materials for partners and B2B clients.
- Support and development of branded stores (POS materials, internal promotions, events).
- Participation in preparation for festivals, exhibitions, tastings and special events.
- Strengthening the brand through the history of Kherson: sustainability, honesty, craft, local identity.
Special qualities:
- Creativity and the ability to work with the "flavor of the brand".
