  • Understanding market of craft beer, distillates and alcoholic products in Ukraine or desire to learn.
  • Ability to work with marketing analytics: GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM, CRM-systems.
  • Experience in creating and launching advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Google Search/Display, TikTok Ads).
  • Skills in working with content: writing texts, setting tasks for designers, creating TK on photo/video.
  • Experience in developing 360° marketing campaigns: digital, offline activations, events, promotions.
  • Understanding the principles of branding, positioning and communication strategy.
  • Experience in e-commerce and online store promotion.
  • Basic skills in using graphic tools: Canva / Figma (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze results and generate monthly marketing reports (CTR, CPC, CPL, ER, ROAS, sales, conversion).
