Duties: 1. Market and audience analysis
- Target audience research
- Competitor analysis
- Identification of market trends, especially in the nail industry, beauty sphere.
- Preparation of marketing research and reports.
2. Development of a marketing strategy
- Formulation of marketing goals
- Development of a brand promotion plan, taking into account online and offline channels.
- Definition of budgets, channels, timings.
- Work with positioning, UTP (unique sales offer), communication strategy.
3. Implementation of marketing campaigns
- Planning and launch of advertising campaigns: social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), Google Ads, email marketing, CRM promotions.
- Coordination of creative creation
- Organization of promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, partner programs, collaborations.
4. Marketing communications and brand promotion
- Collaborate with PR/communications department (or ambassador specialist) to integrate marketing activities with brand image.
- Maintain a single tone-of-voice and brand style across all channels.
- Work with bloggers/influencers with manager by ambassadorship.
5. Analytics and optimization
- Tracking of key indicators: traffic, conversions, advertising budget, ROI, average check, repeat sales.
- Analysis of campaign performance: what worked, what did not.
- Development of recommendations and strategy adjustments based on data.
- Preparation of reports and presentations for management.
6. Budget and resources
- Formation of the marketing budget, cost control.
- Optimization of costs and improvement of the efficiency of marketing resources.
- Cooperation with external agencies, contractors (for example, target specialists, SEO specialists).
7. Team collaboration and internal communication
- Working with designer, SMM manager, content manager, analyst.
- Ensuring marketing activities are aligned with brand, product team, logistics, sales.
- Training team or imparting knowledge on new marketingtools and channels.
