Who are we looking for?

Write creatively - yes, but if you are the same a versatile marketer who can:

• invent a strategy
• write a text calmly
• set up advertising
• shoot a video and make presentations and many interesting projects.

What will you do?

1. Online marketing that does not imitate activity, but brings leads

• create live content for LinkedIn and Facebook
• run ads in Meta and Google
• pump the site: SEO, updates, structure, landing
• make email newsletters that are actually read

2. Offline activities that make the brand recognizable

• search for various activities for the company and its recognition
• prepare the company for exhibitions and industry events
• maintain the brand style - modern, technical, confident

3. Strengthen the sales department so that without you they will no longer be able

4. Analytics without "water"

• monitor the effectiveness of channels: what works and what doesn't
• make clear reports to the manager
• plan marketing activity for a month

What we value:

Hard skills

• experience in B2B marketing 2+ years
• ability to work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn
• basic SEO, understanding of site structure
• Canva / Figma, office tools
• ability to write texts (technical + marketing)
• work with contractors

Soft skills

• initiative - you don't wait for tasks, you do them you create
• self-organization - no need to remind
• flexibility
• ability to make decisions independently
