Marketer in Pull in Love

We are looking for an experienced marketer to help build a strong, recognizable brand, both online and offline. This is a role for a strategic player with an analytical mindset who is ready not just to implement tasks, but to create the development of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the field of marketing from 2 years (fashion/retail will be an advantage).
• Experience in building a brand from scratch or relaunching a brand is a big plus
• Systematic and strategic thinking, initiative, creativity. Planning skills, analytics, budgeting. Confident use of task managers (Trello, Notion, Asana, etc.). Ability to organize work with contractors and the team. Sense of trends, visual culture, current tools. promotion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy and planning

• Implementation of annual marketing strategy and promo calendar.
• Building brand platform: positioning, messages, tone of voice.
• Formation and control of marketing budget.

Offline marketing

• Full marketing support of retail stores: promotions, events, merchandising.
• Organization and control of POS-materials (design, production, placement).
• Launch and support of outdoor advertising: billboards, citylights.
• Organization of local activations, cooperation, pop-up events.

Online marketing

• Curating content for social networks, website, email and SMS mailings.
• Planning and support of digital campaigns: targeting, remarketing, SEO.
• Development of online channels sales analytics of traffic, conversions.

Analytics and interaction

• Preparation of monthly reports and conclusions.
• Working with contractors: smm, photographer, printing, agencies.
• Team cooperation with the owner, online store manager, head of retail networks.
