The Greenstep company invites to its team marketer.

Our expectations from the employee:

Education: marketing, economics, or related specialties.

Experience: from 3 years in the field of marketing (preferably production/consumer goods).

Competences:

• knowledge of digital marketing (targeted advertising, Google Ads/SEM, email marketing);
• experience in the development of marketing strategies;
• skills in analytics and working with data (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.);
• basic knowledge of design (Figma/Canva/Adobe) will be a plus;
• experience with social networks, ability to write texts.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy for:

B2B: polyester fiber, non-woven materials.

B2C: pillows, blankets, bed linen (Oliver Hill and Prestige brands).

New direction: recycling points.

• Management of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok): creation of content together with SMM/designer and quality.
• Development of advertising campaigns (online and offline): promotion of brands, launch of promotions, expansion of recognition.
• Analysis of the market and competitors: monitoring of prices, trends, demand.
• Lead generation: search and attraction of new customers, participation in exhibitions, creation of presentations and commercial materials.
• Work with the website: updating content, SEO optimization, integration with social networks.
• Analytics: tracking the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, preparing reports.
