Marketer in Metinvest

Metinvest is an international mining and metallurgical group of companies that unites mining and metallurgical enterprises in Ukraine, Europe and the USA. We control the entire production chain — from ore and coal mining to the production of semi-finished products and finished products. We are looking for a Marketer at "Metinvest Polytechnic" - Ukraine's first non-state mining and metallurgical institution of higher education.

What is needed to:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the promotion of educational programs;
• Conduct market, competitor and target audience analysis, create portraits of potential students;
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (events, advertising, email marketing, SMM);
• Interact with partners, contractors, advertising agencies and analytics;
• Create advertising materials (banners, videos, texts, campaign concepts);
• Maintain the CRM system (Creatio), perform campaign effectiveness analytics;
• Prepare reports for management, budget planning;
• Organize informational meetings with schools, lyceums and partners.

Our expectations:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of marketing, advertising or promotion of educational products;
• Owning analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM);
• Experience with Figma, Canva;
• Readiness for business trips within Ukraine;
• High level of development of communication skills.
