We are looking for a talented and experienced marketer to join our team.

The ideal candidate is primarily an analyst who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a marketing strategy aimed at increasing sales and increasing brand awareness. You will manage all aspects of marketing initiatives, from email newsletters to event planning.

Our clients are wholesale (online stores, retail stores, beauty salons) and retail customers.

Work remotely.

Main duties:

• Control and analysis of marketing campaigns: Analysis of the work of marketing agencies, ordering of PR articles , control of advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
• Marketing project and budget management: Development of marketing - planning, monitoring the market and competitors, preparation of reports, control of execution of technical specifications by contractors.
• Management of digital communications: Organization and conduct of email, Viber/SMS/telegram mailings
• Cooperation with influencers and bloggers: Coordination of work with bloggers , analysis of the effectiveness of cooperation.
• Organization and support of events and promotions: Planning and holding of promotions, promo -campaigns, collaborations with wholesale customers, organization of events.
• Development and control of content: Order coordination design, photo and video content, site proofreading, improvement of product descriptions, SEO optimization.
• Brand support: Developing ideas for gifts, merch, conducting NPS surveys, analyzing customer reviews.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze the performance of marketing campaigns including ROMI, CPA, conversions and make informed decisions based on data; 
• Experience in marketing: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial positions in marketing.
• Deep knowledge in e-commerce: Experience with online stores and marketplaces.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Skills for working with CRM systems: Knowledge of BAS is desirable.
• High technical skills: Knowledge of SEO, online advertising and analytics (Google Analytics).
• Experience working with bloggers and influencers.
• Ability to work with designers and create visual content.
• Communication skills: The ability to find a common language with the team and partners.
• Creativity and initiative: The ability to generate new ideas for brand promotion.
• Organized and responsible: Ability to effectively manage projects and meet deadlines.< /li>
• Knowledge of the English language: High level of command of the English language for communication with international partners.
• Knowledge of content editing programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.
