Tvoye Kolo is a management company specializing in complex investment solutions in agricultural land assets

We are looking for a qualified marketer with 2 years of work experience , who owns brand promotion tools, has strong analytical, presentation skills, knowledge of digital advertising and marketing fundamentals. Work in the marketing department, reporting to the head of the department.

The main duties include:

• planning the marketing budget of the direction (monthly);
• preparation of creative materials for advertising campaigns, drawing up technical specifications for contractors, launch of advertising campaigns;
• constant monitoring of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, the number of deals to achieve the best result;
• control of the website , writing edits if necessary, checking the availability of current content on the site;
• control of the availability of necessary advertising materials in the sales department (POS-materials);
• development together with the designer of the necessary POS-materials ( booklets, brochures, other tools for the work of managers in sales departments);
• coordination and control of the work of advertising, design, and event contractors;
• preparation of reports on the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities;

• control of document flow according to its direction, reconciliation of all documentation;
• invoicing, control of timeliness of payments according to its direction;
• analysis of competitors regarding advertising activities, price policy, promotional offers , communications in social networks;
• tracking the plan/fact of advertising campaigns;
• preparation for participation in events or their organization;
• selection and organization of the availability of gifts by various categories;
• management of the SMM direction (content approval, approval of the visual part, posting, implementation of new ideas);
• management of the SEO direction.
