We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketer to join the team.

- You have experience in the pharmaceutical, medical or food market; li>
- You know how to build sales funnels for pharmaceutical products;
- You easily generate new marketing connections for sales funnels;
- You know how to analyze the effectiveness of sales funnels;

- You know how to write scenarios for effective advertising companies.
Main duties:< /strong>
- Development and implementation of a marketing plan (budgeting, activity);
- Planning of current and seasonal promotions and assessment of their economic effect;
- Development and implementation of marketing communication strategies with clients;
- Responsibility for planning and implementation of advertising campaigns (online and offline), analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- Study of the market, competitors and consumer needs, monitoring, analysis of competitor funnels;
- Development and implementation of new sales funnels, optimization of existing sales funnels and all lead generation channels;
- Interaction with external contractors (advertising and souvenir products, etc.)
- Management of social networks, development and implementation of a content plan, copywriting, SMM, PR;
- E-mail marketing (working with the database);
- Filling and administration of corporate websites, development and implementation of lead magnets;
- Measurement, analysis, evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities and product promotion;
- Organization of events;
- Close cooperation with the sales department for optimization of lead generation processes, improvement of interaction with potential and existing customers, as well as with other departments of the company to achieve business goals.
Basic requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in the field of marketing, business or related disciplines, additional training will be an advantage.
- Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitive environment to develop effective strategies and search for new product positions;
- Proficiency in software products: MS Office (Word, Excel, Paint, Visio), graphic editors (Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, others);
- Knowledge of technologies and experience in using Internet marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, contextual advertising, SEO, SMM and etc.);
- Experience of digital promotion of brands, creation and promotion of web-sites, landing pages, chat-bots, email-marketing, Viber / telegram / messenger Newsletter, etc.;
- Experience with ChatGPT;
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms;
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including customers, teammates and management ;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Creative approach to solving tasks;
