U-PROX — a leader among manufacturers of complex security systems in Ukraine. We manufacture alarm systems and access control systems in-house. A wide portfolio of devices integrated with mobile and desktop applications, with stable server infrastructure, has been developed. The internal R&D department is responsible for the development of own Hardware and Software solutions, creating a strong culture of U-PROX engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the U-PROX brand on the market of Ukraine and abroad;
• Planning, launching and monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (social networks, search engines, e-mail marketing, content marketing, etc.);
• Working with contractors and partners ;
• Management and optimization of budgets;
• Analysis of market trends and competitive environment;
• Interaction with a team of designers and copywriters to create effective advertising materials;
• Conducting analytics and reporting on the results of marketing activities;
• Maintaining and developing a positive brand image on all platforms.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of marketing, business or related disciplines;
• Experience as a marketer for 2 years or more, preferably in the B2B field;
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, e-mail marketing, analytics, etc.);
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Creativity, analytical mindset and ability to work with large amounts of data;
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing conditions;
• Knowledge of English at a high level will be a plus.
