We are currently actively expanding and are looking for a creative, ambitious remote marketer to join our team. a worker who is ready to learn, develop with us and get drive from the process and excitement from the results of work!

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

• Experience in the field of digital marketing from 3 years;
• Knowledge of marketing indicators and the ability to analyze them;
• Ability to work in a team and the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data;
• Experience with GA4, GTM and other analytical tools;
• Knowledge of Polish at an elementary level.

YOU WILL DO:

• Development and implementation of complex digital marketing strategies for the e-commerce site;
• Analysis of PPC campaigns and indicators of SEO promotion of the site;
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and to maintain competitive advantage;
• Optimization of the sales funnel and its improvement;
• Regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance;
• Planning and determination of budgets ;
• Data collection and processing to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Analysis and preparation of recommendations for site optimization based on various systems and platforms for filling the site with unique and useful content for the target audience (together with a content manager);
• Introduction of new technologies in the development and success metrics of digital projects;
• Control of contractors;
• Marketing and remarketing campaigns aimed at work with the customer base, as well as customer segmentation;
• Setting up and launching email marketing.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

Rate + KPE + bonuses.

Yes, in the first month, a beginner earns UAH 30,000;

An employee who works for 3 months will earn 35,000-40,000 UAH.

2. There are bonuses and a KPE system when performing indicators from 5,000 to 10,000 UAH.
