ANYCAR, founded in 2016, is an innovative taxi management company. We don't just rent cars, we create opportunities for investors and jobs for taxi drivers.

Our achievements:

• The company manages about 200 cars;
• Opened branches in Kyiv, Lviv and Dnipro, we plan to expand and open branches in other cities;
• We conduct active volunteer activities;
• For 2022-2023, payments to partners have not been suspended and investors, and also retained the team.
• In connection with the development of the company, we are looking for a Marketer to join our team.

Required functionality:

• Effective implementation the Internet is a marketing strategy for the development of the Company, which allows attracting new potential Clients, strengthening cooperation with current ones, as well as increasing Client loyalty and Company brand recognition.
• Formation of the Company's brand positioning in the Internet space (UTP, mission, values , vision)
• Determining the target audience (CA) of the Company, forming a portrait of the CA, identifying the needs and pain of the CA.
• Regular monitoring and analysis of the Company's competitors.
• Formation and implementation of new sales opportunities via the Internet
• Maintenance of social networks, e-mail newsletters, chatbots and implementation of content strategy (with or without contractors)
• Monthly budgeting protection of Internet marketing channels.
• Formation and submission of regular reports on the effectiveness of the implementation of the Company's marketing policy on the Internet.
• Development and implementation of digital funnels in the campaign.
• Management or control of contractors from the context /targeted advertising.
• Quality management of SMM (or control of contractors)
• Setting of TOR for copywriter, designer and contractors on the site
• Organization of effective work with contractors. Ensuring an up-to-date base of quality contractors
• Participating in and conducting regular weekly marketing direction planners.

What soft and hard skills will you need:

• Digital work experience - marketer from the 1st year
• Skills for working with: advertising on Facebook/Insta, Google ads, fb and insta social networks, SEO
• Ability to work with analytics (marketing).< /li>
• Creativity, endless generation of ideas for new products, services.
• High level of personal organization, systematic approach to solving tasks, ability to take responsibility for the result.
