Hello! We are a rapidly developing network of Parilka vapeshops! In three years, we opened 11 stores across Ukraine — in the Volyn, Lviv, Cherkasy, and Zhytomyr regions. In addition to selling products in our offline stores, we also offer convenient delivery through "GLOVO" service so that our customers can get their favorite products quickly and conveniently. We are always open to new ideas and initiatives that contribute to improving the work and increasing customer satisfaction.

Our mission is to help smokers of regular cigarettes switch to vaping, which is much safer and more enjoyable. 

MANDATORY LANGUAGES:

— development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the chain of stores in both offline and online segments;

— interaction with SMM for development and implementation of effective promotion strategies in social networks;

— planning and implementation of advertising campaigns, promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones;

— management of online sales through social networks and other digital platforms;

— analysis of the market and competitors, identification of the needs of the target audience and formation of proposals based on data;

— interaction with external agencies, suppliers and partners for the implementation of marketing and advertising projects;

— monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and their impact on sales and brand recognition.

REQUIREMENTS:

— 3 years of experience in marketing, mainly in retail trade or the field of vape products;

— knowledge of the main marketing tools: offline (PR, events, advertising) and online (SEO, SMM, content marketing);

— the ability to work with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Metrics, advertising platforms);

— creative thinking, the ability to develop non-standard solutions and attract the attention of the audience;

— excellent communication and organizational skills skills, the ability to work in a team;

— the desire to develop and be aware of the latest trends in the field of marketing.
