We are growing every month, and with growth comes more and more different tasks. That is why we are expanding our team and we are looking for a marketing manager to join the team, who will take over the processes of building our website, working with advertising creatives, announcements, etc. p>
Hard Skills:
- Experience in marketing and / or digital marketing for more than 3 years.
- Experience in lead generation, knowledge of lead generation channels for over 2 years.
- Experience in creating site landing pages (concept development and specification of technical tasks for designers).
- Experience in creating advertising creatives and ads for Google Ads and Meta Ads (concept development and setting technical tasks for designers).
- Confident user of Google Analytics and Google Spreadsheets / Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding the working principles of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding the basics of working in Figma .
- Experience with products on European markets and knowledge of B2B marketing principles will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of English at B1 level.
Soft Skills:
- Attention. Any mistake, detail, trifle can reduce the conversion to 0.
- Purposefulness. The ability to complete what has been started, without noticing obstacles.
- Self-organization. The ability to work in multitasking conditions without the need for constant reminders.
The team expects from you:
1 . Working with Google Ads and Meta Ads. 1.1. Development of strategies, generation of ideas, together with a PPC specialist, to launch advertising campaigns.
1.2. Development and writing of advertisements for various advertising channels.
1.3. Development of concepts and writing technical specifications for designers for creating advertising creatives.
2. Expanding the site structure according to key customer requests.
2.1. Concept development of landing pages. 2.2. Integration of keywords into the structure of pages. 2.3. Writing technical specifications for layout of landing pages by designers.
3. Analysis of competitors and target markets.
4. Creation and launch of promotional campaigns for new products and services.
5. Generation of new ideas for brand promotion.
