Planning and organization of advertising campaigns using various online and offline tools. Analysis of the market, consumer needs and competitors' activities to determine the most effective marketing approaches. Content management on the website and in social networks, including writing texts (independently or with a contractor) and creative development. Website and social media optimization to attract new customers (B2B, B2C). Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities, as well as development of proposals for their optimization. Team management. Setting tasks and coordinating the work of specialists: SMM, copywriter-editor of the site, designer. Accounting for the distribution and ordering of POS materials, merch. Hard skills: 2 years of experience in marketing. Confident use of digital marketing tools, such as SEO, email -marketing, SMM, Google Analytics and others. Competencies in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as management of advertising budgets. Understanding of the e-commerce sector. Development and writing of technical tasks for creating video and photo content for advertising needs. Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and development of strategies for their optimization. Traffic analytics through Google Analytics GA4, analysis of transitions from various sources and implementation of recommendations to improve website performance. Creation of texts for sites and advertising materials, independently or in cooperation with contractors. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively to work in a team.
