Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our innovative Web3 market-making . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining trading strategies, ensuring excellent communication with clients, and managing invoicing processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

1. Trading Strategies Maintenance
  - Monitor and maintain trading strategies to ensure optimal performance and alignment with client goals.
  - Collaborate with the trading team to refine and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client feedback.
  - Provide regular reports and insights on strategy performance to clients.

2. Client Communication
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  - Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on trading activities and performance.
  - Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss strategy performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  - Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings.

3. Invoicing and Financial Management
  - Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  - Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
  - Provide clients with detailed invoices and support them with any billing inquiries.
  - Track and report on revenue metrics related to client accounts.
 

Qualifications
-  2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role within the financial services or Web3 industry.
- Strong understanding of trading strategies and market-making processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies and the cryptocurrency market 
- Trading experience would be a plus
