Market Intelligence Analyst (Defense Tech) in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for an analyst who will be responsible for collecting, structuring and analyzing information about startups and major players in the defense sector. The role involves working with large data sets, optimizing analytical tables and preparing conclusions for the company's strategic decisions. This is a position at the intersection of market research, competitive intelligence and data analytics. 

This is a full-time job in an office in Kyiv. 

Your duties in this position will include:

• Collection and systematization of information about defense startups and technological competitors

• Formation and maintenance of structured databases (Excel)

• Optimization of tables for ease of reading, comparison and analysis

• Building visualizations and analytical models

• Preparation of short executive summaries for management

• Formation of recommendations for various departments (R&D, BD, Strategy, etc.)

• Constant updating of the market paintings 

Needed skills and competencies:        

• 1-2 years of experience in analytics, market research, competitive analysis or investment analysis

• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas, data structuring logic)

• Experience working with large sets of information

• Strong analytical and structural thinking

Ability to translate data into understandable conclusions style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal">High level of English (analysis of open sources)

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in defense / dual-use  

• Working in a venture fund or investment analytics

• Work experience with Power BI

• OSINT experience
