Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience in catering or retail.
• Successful experience in launching new projects from scratch.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High level of responsibility and independence.



Main duties

• Marketing research, proposal formation and profitability forecasting.
• Development and approval of project strategy and concept, planning, investment calculation, monitoring and adjustment of the project.
• Development of product range, search and conclusion of contracts with suppliers.
• Formation, approval and control of the project budget, reporting on the budget.
• Organization of team work, assignment of tasks, motivation, coordination of activities of project participants.

• Price monitoring, procurement and installation of equipment, payment control.
• Development and obtaining permit documentation.
