Tasks that will be in front of you: Formation of regular marketing reporting; Reporting on the customer loyalty program; Preparation of a reporting unit on conducting and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities to return and retain customers; Development and formation of dashboards using Power BI; Ensuring timely updates and correctness of regular reporting, providing analytical support to the CRM team.
